Our Roaster oven has been designed for commercial and home use. It is capable of cooking a mass of pizzas or a whole lamb or pig with all of the accompaniments, without the fuss of a spit.

Available as either a gas or wood fired unit, this oven is capable of turning out a mass of food.

Simply light the burners, slide your lamb in on the custom built tray and wait for the delicious results.

This oven is 1350mm long by 850mm wide. The main body is made from 5mm thick material and the oven liner and outer case from 3mm material.

The oven is insulated completely around with 50mm of ceramic fibre insulation that keeps all of the heat in and reduces the use of energy to heat the oven.

On the floor of the oven is 300mm x 300mm x50mm thick refractory bricks.
