Our Smokers have been designed to provide flexibility and flavour. They operate on a gravity feed fuel system. The smoker can also be used as an oven as its fuel source is either charcoal or heat beads and the smoke flavour is created by hot embers falling through into the ash pan where your wood chips are sitting. The smoker can also be used to make beef jerky as it will happily run at temperatures down to 40 degrees Celsius and can also be used to cook pizzas as it can also reach temperatures of 300 degrees Celsius. Add to this the ability to fit the smoker with a control unit that can monitor temperatures and you have a unit that can be used very easily for catering. Once filled with approximately seven kilograms of charcoal the smoker will hold at 125 degrees celsius for up to 14 hours. The smoker comes equiped with 5 shelves measuring 74cm by 45cm. At the bottom of the smoker is a dedicated fat draw that catches all fat and keeps it safe. The smoker is totally insulated and is safe to touch on the outside, the cooking area, coal chute and firebox are all sealed air tight. This sealing of all areas makes the smoker extremely efficient and locks in moisture to all the foods you cook. $2750
